Digital products

The Founder Pass is a digital product confirmed by email straight after payment, so payments are not refundable once that email has been sent.

If something goes wrong

If you were charged and did not receive your email, or you were charged twice, write to us with your payment reference. We will resend it, or refund a duplicate or failed delivery, within 7 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
